Refund and Cancellation Policy | Peptide University

Peptide University ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional educational programming, digital courseware, certifications, and membership-based access to proprietary intellectual property. By purchasing any product, program, certification, or membership, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the digital and intellectual property nature of our offerings, access is granted immediately upon purchase. The following policy governs all refund and cancellation requests.

I. Membership Policy

A. Month-to-Month Membership

Memberships are non-contract and may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
Members retain access through the end of the paid billing period.
Upon cancellation, access to all materials, downloads, community forums, live replays, and member benefits is revoked.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

New members may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days of their initial purchase date. Refund requests are subject to account audit. Excessive download activity, significant content consumption, or evidence of intellectual property extraction may void eligibility. After thirty (30) days, all membership payments are non-refundable.

B. Annual Paid-in-Full Membership

Annual memberships are discounted and may include bonus months. Refunds are governed as follows:

Within 30 Days: Members may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase, subject to account review.
After 30 Days: Annual memberships are non-refundable.

At the sole discretion of Peptide University, prorated refunds may be considered in limited circumstances where minimal content access has occurred. If approved, refunds will be calculated based on the standard monthly rate (not the discounted annual rate), less any bonus months provided, processing fees, and administrative costs.

II. Certification Programs & Courses

Certification programs and standalone courses provide immediate access to proprietary educational materials. Due to the intellectual property nature of these programs, stricter conditions apply.

A. Payment Plans

Payment plans are binding financial commitments.
By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Payment plans may not be canceled mid-term.
Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access and withheld certification.

B. 30-Day Conditional Refund Window

Refund requests for certifications or courses must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase and are subject to audit.

Refunds will NOT be granted if any of the following conditions apply:

More than 50% of course content has been accessed.
Materials have been downloaded extensively.
Certification requirements have been completed.
A certificate has been issued.
Intellectual property has been copied, repurposed, or distributed.
The program has been substantially completed within the 30-day window.

If a refund is approved, access is immediately revoked and certification eligibility is void.

C. After 30 Days

All certification and course purchases are non-refundable after thirty (30) days from purchase.

III. Intellectual Property Protection

All Peptide University materials are proprietary intellectual property protected by copyright and applicable law. Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license for educational use only. No ownership rights are transferred. Accessing materials for extraction, duplication, redistribution, or competitive replication constitutes misuse of intellectual property and voids refund eligibility.

IV. Financial Hardship

We understand that unforeseen financial hardship may arise. Requests for hardship consideration must be submitted in writing. At our sole discretion, we may offer temporary pauses, adjusted payment schedules, or extended access. Hardship accommodations are not guaranteed.

V. Access Revocation

Upon cancellation or approved refund, all platform access, downloads, community privileges, and certification rights are immediately revoked.

VI. Policy Authority

This Refund & Cancellation Policy supersedes all prior representations, including checkout messaging or marketing materials. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.

Peptide University reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
